You have the right to return within 14 days for international shipments. However, the product must be unused for return. The product to be returned must be sent to us together with its original package and invoice.

Underwear products, swimwear and accessroies (hats, sunglasses, etc.) are the types of products for which cannot be returned due to health and hygiene reasons. 

You will not have the right to return any products that do not meet the health and hygiene conditions. Returns found to be in such situation will not be accepted.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

For packages returned abroad, all costs belong to the buyer. Costs are deducted from the order total and the remaining amount is refunded.

The buyer is responsible for all costs incurred due to the return.

Returns sent with counter payment will not be accepted.

How can I return my purchase?

If you want to return your products for any reason (cargo damage, production defect, right of withdrawal, etc.) after receiving your order, you must create a return request with the "Return" button from the "Return" button from the "My Orders" areawithin 14 days at the latest from the date of receipt of the products, receive a cargo return code and write your return request on the invoice and deliver it to the Yurtiçi Kargo company.

If you are experiencing a size-related problem, you can return your purchases and create a new order. In case at least one of the three campaign products is not returned, the sales price of the non-returned product(s) will be deducted from the total shopping amount.

After your product reaches us, it will be examined by the relevant units and approval will be given for the return. This process takes 2-10 working days on average.

What are the return conditions?

- You must return the product to us with the original packaging undamaged, unused, undamaged as a result of usage error.

- Underwear and socks products cannot be returned due to hygiene conditions. You can return cosmetic products such as perfumes if the packaging is unopened and unused.

- If the invoice is issued on behalf of the company, you must send it together with a return invoice issued by the relevant company, not including the shipping share, in the form of 'Product Unit Price + VAT'. Order returns whose invoice is issued on behalf of companies will not be accepted unless a return invoice is issued.

- You are obliged to return the product in the condition in which it was delivered to you and, in the case of use, to pay the loss in the commercial value of the goods due to use.

Will I have to pay for return shipping?

If you prefer the cargo that we have contracted with and delivers the product to you, you do not pay the shipping fee. You can send it free of charge with Yurtiçi Kargo  . If you prefer a cargo company other than Yurtiçi Kargo for return, the shipping fee is covered by the customer.


How long is the return period?

The return period is 14 days from the date of receipt of the product, according to the article "Right of Withdrawal Without Cause" in the Consumer Law. For returns due to any defect arising from the product, you can return the product you received within thirty days from the date of delivery.

How long after the return will the refund be credited to my account?

ramsey.com.tr, checks that the products you return comply with the return conditions. You will be notified by e-mail when your return is accepted and your money is refunded by us. The time for the refund to be reflected in your account is determined by the bank and cannot be intervened by us.

To which address can I send the product to be returned?

The address to send the product for return is indicated below. When sending your cargo, we kindly ask you to specify the information "INTERNET SALES RETURN DEPARTMENT" in the recipient section. You can send it free of charge with Yurtici Cargo.
