For products purchased through Ramsey.com.tr and our mobile app, we offer a free alteration service in our stores.

This service includes: hem length shortening, hem and waist narrowing, sleeve length and skirt length shortening, all of which are performed free of charge at Ramsey concept stores.

Important Notes:

• Free alterations are only available at Ramsey concept stores. Franchise stores are not included in this service.
