This Clarification Text (Data Controller GÜRMEN GİYİM SANAYİ, residing at Mehmet Nesih Özmen Mahallesi, Keresteciler Sitesi Kızılcık Sokak No: 23 34173 Merter, Güngören, Istanbul/Turkey) takes the highest level of security measures possible to ensure that your personal data is collected, stored, and shared in accordance with the law and to protect your privacy. Our goal is to inform you in the most transparent manner possible, in accordance with Article 10 of the "Personal Data Protection Law" No. 6698 and in line with your satisfaction, regarding the methods by which your personal data is collected, the purposes of processing, the legal grounds, and your rights.

1. Data Controller

Pursuant to the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 ("Law No. 6698"), your personal data may be collected and processed by GÜRMEN GİYİM SANAYİ VE TİCARET A.Ş (“GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP”) (“Our Company”) as the data controller within the scope described below.

During the WhatsApp Support Line process, the personal data listed in the table below will be processed.

Your personal data in the Identity, Contact, Visual and Auditory Records, and Customer Transaction Information categories specified in the table above will be processed for the purposes stated below.

• Execution of Goods/Services After-Sales Support Services
• Execution of Goods/Services Sales Processes
• Execution of Customer Relationship Management Processes
• Execution of Activities Aimed at Customer Satisfaction
• Tracking of Requests/Complaints/Suggestions

4. Method and Legal Basis for Personal Data Collection

Your personal data is collected and processed via the information you provide when you contact "GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP" through the WhatsApp platform. The personal data collected through this method is processed based on the following legal grounds:

• It is necessary to process the personal data of the parties to a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract
• Data processing is mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right

are the legal grounds used for processing.

5. To Whom and for What Purpose Personal Data May Be Transferred

Your personal data may be transferred abroad, provided that you have given your explicit consent, because WhatsApp servers are located abroad, within the scope of the aforementioned purposes and limited to, connected with, and proportionate to these purposes. In the absence of your explicit consent, WhatsApp conversations will be terminated.

6. Rights of the Personal Data Subject Listed in Article 11 of Law No. 6698

As personal data subjects, if you submit your requests regarding your rights to “GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP” using the methods regulated below, “GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP” will conclude the request free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest, depending on the nature of the request. However, if the transaction requires additional costs, a fee will be charged by “GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP” based on the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board. In this context, personal data subjects have the rights to;

• Learn whether personal data has been processed,
• Request information regarding the processing of personal data,
• Learn the purpose of processing personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose,
• Know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad,
• Request the correction of personal data in case it is processed incompletely or incorrectly and request that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Request the deletion or destruction of personal data in the event that the reasons requiring its processing disappear, even though it has been processed in accordance with the Law No. 6698 and other relevant laws, and request that the action taken in this context be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred,
• Object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
• Request the compensation of damages in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

Depending on the nature of your request, information and documents that allow for identity verification must be provided to us completely and accurately. If the requested information and documents are not provided properly, there may be delays in the complete and qualified execution of the research to be conducted by "GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP" in response to your request. In this case, "GÜRMEN, RAMSEY, KİP or collectively GÜRMEN GROUP" declares that it reserves its legal rights. Therefore, your application should be sent in a way that includes the information and documents requested, depending on the nature of your request.
