UNDER THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION

I have read the Clarification Text on the Processing of Personal Data located at www.ramsey.com.tr prepared by Gürmen Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. I have been informed in detail regarding the purposes for which my personal data will be processed, to whom it may be transferred, the methods of collection, the legal grounds, and the rights I possess, through the aforementioned Clarification Text.

Explicit consent is not required for the processing of my personal data in exceptional cases stated in Article 5, Paragraph 2 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698, such as the performance of a contract, legal obligations, and cases clearly prescribed by law. However, I give my consent, of my own free will and under the following conditions, for the processing and transfer of my personal data for the activities stated below, which are not part of the mandatory service and are intended entirely to provide me with additional benefits.

I give my consent for my Identity (Name, Surname), Contact (e-mail, GSM), and Membership Information to be processed in the database and used for the purpose of providing information regarding campaigns, discounts, promotions, advantages, and innovations related to the products and services of Gürmen Giyim Sanayi ve Ticaret Anonim Şirketi. This consent remains valid until I withdraw it.
I give my consent for the processing of my Identity, Transaction Security (IP, Log), Customer Transaction (Purchase, Cart), and Marketing (Cookies) data for the purpose of analyzing my purchase history, website/mobile application browsing information, cart content, and demographic data to present me with personalized products, services, and advertising recommendations and to create offers suitable for my interests. This consent remains valid until I withdraw it.
