COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE INFORMATION AND CONSENT TEXT
Under the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and other relevant legislation, we would like to inform you about commercial electronic messages and obtain your consent regarding these messages.
1. Information Text
In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, a commercial electronic message refers to messages containing data, audio, and visual content sent for commercial purposes via electronic media using tools such as telephones, call centers, faxes, automatic calling machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, and short message services. Pursuant to Article 6 of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, “Commercial electronic messages may only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. This consent may be obtained in writing or through any kind of electronic communication tool. If a recipient provides their contact information for the purpose of being contacted, no separate consent is required for commercial electronic messages regarding changes to, usage of, and maintenance of the goods or services provided.” In this context, the Company may establish communication and send satisfaction surveys without requiring prior consent for the purposes of measuring the quality of products and services offered to its customers, improving customer experience, and effectively conducting after-sales support processes. However, commercial electronic messages regarding advertising, promotion, campaigns, and similar marketing activities can only be sent based on the prior consent of the relevant person. This consent may be obtained in writing, through any kind of electronic communication tool, or via the Message Management System (“İYS”). You may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time, even if you have given your consent, without stating any reason, and you may withdraw your consent. Therefore, if you do not wish to be contacted by us or by third parties on our behalf, you may withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our customer services at 0212 484 0 494 or via İYS. We hereby present this information text to you regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages within the scope of marketing and communication activities for the purpose of informing you about our Company's activities, products, services, advertisements, promotions, and commercial operations, as well as celebrations, prize draws, well wishes, and other company organizations, subject to your consent. Commercial electronic messages will only be sent to you if you provide your consent.
2. Consent Text
“In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, I acknowledge that the necessary information has been provided to me, that I have read and understood this information and consent form, and that the following declaration provided in this manner is valid.
I hereby consent to you, or third parties providing services under a confidentiality obligation in this regard, sending me commercial electronic messages and other messages via calls, e-mail, SMS/short messages, push notifications, social media and other online advertising networks, automatic calling, computer, telephone, fax, e-mail, Bluetooth and other wireless networks, and other electronic communication tools, in accordance with the laws, for the purposes of various promotions, advertisements, sales and marketing related to all kinds of products and services of your Company, celebrations, well wishes, and informing me about your Company's organizations, with the knowledge that I can always refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without stating any reason.”
Within the scope of the information provided above, if you provide the permissions/consents specified in the consent text, please click the “I want to be informed about campaigns and announcements via calls” option to indicate your acceptance, consent, and approval regarding these matters. After checking this option, your communication permission will become active as of your membership date, and you will be registered in our system as a consenting user and will be deemed to have consented to being contacted via the communication channels mentioned above. In the event that you withdraw your consent, the sending of commercial electronic messages to you by our Company will be stopped.
