COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE INFORMATION AND CONSENT TEXT

Under the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and other relevant legislation, we wish to inform you about commercial electronic messages and obtain your consent for such messages.

1. Information Text

Pursuant to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, a commercial electronic message refers to data, audio, and visual content messages sent for commercial purposes through electronic media using means such as telephones, call centers, faxes, automated calling machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, and short message services. In accordance with Article 6 of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, “Commercial electronic messages can only be sent to recipients with their prior consent. This consent may be obtained in writing or through any electronic communication means. If the recipient provides their contact information for the purpose of being contacted, no separate consent is required for commercial electronic messages regarding changes, usage, and maintenance of the goods or services provided.” In this context, to measure the quality of products and services offered by the Company to its customers, improve the customer experience, and effectively conduct after-sales support processes, communication may be established and satisfaction surveys may be sent without requiring consent as per the relevant law. However, commercial electronic messages regarding advertisements, promotions, campaigns, and similar marketing activities can only be sent based on the prior consent of the relevant person. This consent may be obtained in writing, through any electronic communication means, or via the Message Management System (“İYS”). You may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time, without giving any reason, even if you have previously consented. Therefore, if you do not wish to receive SMS from us or third parties on our behalf, you can easily opt out of the SMS list by typing RAMSEYKIP IPTAL and sending it to 3172; you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our customer service at 0212 484 0 494 or via İYS. Subject to your consent, we hereby present this information text regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages to you within the scope of marketing and communication activities for the purpose of informing you about our company’s activities, products, services, advertisements, promotions, and commercial activities, as well as celebrations, sweepstakes, well-wishes, and other company organizations.

Commercial electronic messages will only be sent to you if you provide your consent.

2. Consent Text

“Pursuant to the Law No. 6563 on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, I acknowledge that I have been duly informed, that I have read and understood this information and consent form, and that my declaration provided below is valid. I hereby consent, being informed that I may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without providing any reason, to the sending of commercial electronic messages and other messages to me—in accordance with the laws—via e-mail, SMS/text message, instant notification, social media and other online advertising networks, automated calling, computer, phone, fax, e-mail/mail, Bluetooth and other wireless networks, and other electronic communication means, by your company or third parties providing services under confidentiality obligations, for the purpose of various promotions, advertisements, marketing, sales, celebrations, well-wishes regarding all kinds of products and services of your company, and informing me about your company's organizations and establishing all kinds of communication with me.”

Within the scope of the information provided above, if you grant the permissions/consents specified in the consent text, click the “I want to be informed about campaigns and announcements via SMS” option to indicate your acceptance, agreement, and consent regarding these matters. After checking this option, your communication permission will become active from the date of your membership, and you will be deemed to have consented to being contacted via the aforementioned communication channels by being registered as a permitted user in our system. If you withdraw your consent, the sending of commercial electronic messages to you by our Company will be stopped.
