COMMERCIAL ELECTRONIC MESSAGE INFORMATION AND CONSENT TEXT

In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, the Regulation on Commercial Communication and Commercial Electronic Messages, the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698, and other relevant legislation, we wish to inform you about commercial electronic messages and obtain your consent for such messages.

1. Information Text

Pursuant to the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, a commercial electronic message refers to any message containing data, audio, or visual content sent for commercial purposes via electronic media using means such as telephones, call centers, faxes, automatic calling machines, smart voice recording systems, electronic mail, and short message services. In accordance with Article 6 of the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce, “Commercial electronic messages may be sent to recipients only upon their prior consent. This consent may be obtained in writing or via any electronic communication tool. If the recipient provides contact information for the purpose of being contacted, no additional consent is required for commercial electronic messages regarding changes to, use of, or maintenance of the goods or services provided.” In this context, communication may be established and satisfaction surveys may be sent without prior consent for the purposes of measuring the quality of products and services offered by the Company to its customers, improving customer experience, and effectively carrying out after-sales support processes. However, commercial electronic messages regarding advertising, promotions, campaigns, and similar marketing activities can only be sent based on the prior consent of the relevant person. This consent may be obtained in writing, through any electronic communication tool, or via the Message Management System (“İYS”). You may at any time, even if you have provided consent for the sending of commercial electronic messages, refuse to receive such messages and withdraw your consent without providing any justification. Accordingly, you can easily unsubscribe from the e-mail distribution list by clicking the “Please click if you do not wish to be informed about campaign announcements” link at the bottom of the e-mails sent by us or on our behalf by third parties, or you can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting our customer services at 0212 484 0 494 or via the İYS. Subject to your consent, we hereby submit this information text regarding the sending of commercial electronic messages to you for the purposes of informing you about our company's activities, products, services, advertisements, promotions, and commercial activities, as well as celebrations, sweepstakes, well-wishes, and other company organizations, within the scope of marketing and communication activities. Commercial electronic messages will only be sent to you if you provide your consent.

2. Consent Text

“In accordance with the Law on the Regulation of Electronic Commerce No. 6563, I acknowledge that I have been duly informed, that I have read and understood this information and consent form, and that the declaration below made in this manner is valid.

I hereby consent to the sending of commercial electronic messages and other communications to me—in accordance with the laws—by you or by third parties acting under confidentiality obligations for this purpose, for the purposes of various promotions, advertisements, campaigns, sales and marketing, celebrations, well-wishes, and information regarding your company’s organizations and products and services, via e-mail, SMS/short message, instant notification, social media and other online advertising networks, automatic calling, computer, telephone, fax, e-mail/mail, Bluetooth and other wireless networks, and other electronic communication tools, with the knowledge that I may refuse to receive commercial electronic messages at any time without providing any justification.”
