Will I pay a fee for shipping processes?

You will not pay a shipping fee for your purchases of 3450 TL or more from www.ramsey.com.tr. Orders under 3450 TL are charged 99 TL.

When will my product be shipped for the purchases I make?

Your orders are shipped within an average of 1-4 business days via DHL eCommerce. This period may vary between 1-7 business days during promotional periods and for orders shipped from stores. The arrival of your order depends on the accuracy of your delivery address and the delivery province. The supply process for orders placed on weekends and public holidays will begin on the first business day.

How can I track the shipping information of my order?

You can track the shipping process of your order under the "My Orders" heading by viewing the relevant order on the "My Account" page. You will be notified via e-mail as soon as your order is shipped.

I want to change my order delivery address, how can I do it?

You can change your order address in the "My Addresses" section on the "My Account" page, or you can define your new address by checking the "I want to define a new address" button during the purchase process. This address will be used as the delivery address for your subsequent orders. You can change the delivery address for the relevant order during the ordering process. However, this change is not reflected on the "My Account" page and only applies to that specific order.
