Account Deletion Request

You can have your membership created via the Ramsey mobile application and www.ramsey.com.tr, along with the personal data linked to your account, deleted at any time. This page explains how to perform the deletion process, which data is deleted, and which is retained due to legal requirements.

1. Deleting your account via the app

Open the Ramsey app.
My Account tab.
Tap Settings → Delete My Account.
Confirm your choice on the warning screen.

Following your confirmation, your account will be closed and the deletion process will be initiated.

2. If you do not have the app or cannot log in

You can submit your deletion request to ramseymusteriiliskileri@ramsey.com.tr with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". It is sufficient to include the email address registered to your account and your full name in your email.

You may also use our contact form if you prefer. Your request will be processed within 30 days at the latest, following identity verification.

Deleted data

First name, last name, email address, phone number
Delivery and billing addresses
Favorites, shopping cart contents, size and product preferences
App notification permissions and device identifiers
Marketing and communication consents
Membership registration and login information
